you cant change the stats yet, but you can lock certain stats so they wont change when you randomize your stand, so you can just keep locking your stand stats until you get the stats you want.

He would summon other chuck norrises from other dimensions to kill him, but they would kill him only using there pinkies, and only using 20% of there power, so he dies, slowly,(aka five minutes, even 20% is over heaven status). 

Indeed, he may have actually been born with requiem, but we'll never know...

Ability: Ruby Tuesday can reverse time by 15 seconds and can move around freely but can't harm or affect anyone or anything within it, during the fifteen seconds of reverse time all actions or events all that were less than or 15 seconds ago get reversed, for example, if someone were to break something, if Ruby Tuesday were to activate reverse time before the action was committed more than 15 seconds ago, the action would be reversed and the object would return to its original state, also nobody is aware of reverse time and all memory of an action that was committed 15 seconds or less in the future is lost and will be committed again if the user of Ruby Tuesday doesn't interfere. 

Requiem ability: Ruby Tuesday Requiem or RTR can can reset to different places in time, even after death, so basically even if he dies he can reset to a time before he dies and kill the person who killed him, making him virtually immortal, and also his reverse time ability goes from a max of 15 seconds to having no limit to how long he can reverse time, making it to where he could reverse time to the beginning of the world if he felt like it. When he resets it's almost like a save point in a video game, to put it more simply.
